1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the bdt444 website accessible at bdt444.onl and all associated services, games, software, and features made available through it.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, or match bonus granted to your Account by bdt444, subject to separate bonus terms.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, bet placement, or fund transfer activity on your Account.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the official time zone of Bangladesh, used as the reference for all Platform timestamps.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 To register and use bdt444, you must be at least 21 years of age. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Registration is limited to one account per individual. Only one account is permitted per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Where multiple accounts are identified, bdt444 reserves the right to close the duplicate account(s), void associated bets, and forfeit any bonus funds obtained.

2.3 You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. Providing false registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.4 bdt444 may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification documents recognised in Bangladesh. Account access may be restricted until verification is complete.

2.5 You must not register or use the Platform if you are prohibited from gambling by any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

3 Account Security and Access

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other security credentials associated with your Account. You must not share these credentials with any third party.

3.2 Any activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted — will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified bdt444 of a breach of your Account security.

3.3 If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bdt444 support immediately via live chat or the contact email provided on this Platform. bdt444 will investigate all reported security incidents but is not liable for losses incurred prior to notification.

3.4 bdt444 reserves the right to lock or suspend your Account temporarily if unusual activity, repeated failed login attempts, or other security anomalies are detected. You will be notified and may be required to verify your identity before access is restored.

4 Deposits and Funding Your Account

4.1 bdt444 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated in a current promotion.

4.2 All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous sources, or unverified payment instruments may be refused, reversed, or held pending investigation.

4.3 Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. bdt444 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems, network outages, or bank-side issues.

4.4 bdt444 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any charges levied by your bank or mobile money provider.

4.5 Any deposit made in error — including duplicate deposits made due to technical issues — must be reported to support within 24 hours. bdt444 will investigate and, where confirmed, reverse the erroneous deposit, subject to verification.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the verified payment method linked to your Account. bdt444 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts, alternate mobile numbers, or any payment instrument not registered in your name and verified through the KYC process.

5.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal amount and daily withdrawal limits are subject to your account tier and current Platform policies. VIP tier members may be eligible for higher limits.

5.3 bdt444 targets processing of the majority of withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer depending on the recipient bank. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may be extended during high-volume periods or for accounts undergoing additional verification.

5.4 Where a withdrawal request is associated with a bonus, the applicable wagering requirement must be satisfied in full before the withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus funds being removed from the withdrawal amount.

5.5 bdt444 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Delays resulting from these checks will be communicated to the player via live chat or email.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by bdt444 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion. Where a conflict exists between those specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

6.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they, or winnings derived from them, can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.

6.3 bdt444 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to your Account will remain subject to the terms under which they were granted.

6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with good faith player behaviour — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.

6.5 The welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. The bonus is credited automatically upon deposit. Full bonus terms, including wagering requirements and expiry periods, are displayed at the time of deposit.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 All bets placed on bdt444 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the applicable rules and accept the outcome as final, subject to any dispute process outlined in these Terms.

7.2 bdt444 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or stakes that resulted from a technical error, manifest pricing mistake, or system malfunction. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to your Account balance.

7.3 In the event of a disputed sports result, bdt444 will rely on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — including the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) for domestic cricket, and the ICC, FIFA, and other international bodies for their respective competitions — as the definitive outcome.

7.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. bdt444 may adjust these limits for individual accounts without prior notice where risk management considerations require it.

7.5 Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability. bdt444 may suspend betting on any live event at any time, including where the result is imminent or where data feed integrity cannot be confirmed.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bdt444 Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh.
• Registering on behalf of another person or using a false identity.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or at poker tables.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports corruption.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering).
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdt444 staff or other players via any communication channel on the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with Platform software.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the bdt444 Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game designs, text, and audio-visual elements, is the intellectual property of bdt444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from bdt444.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 bdt444 provides its Platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain consistent uptime and service quality, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdt444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including losses resulting from game outcomes, payment delays, or temporary service outages.

11.3 bdt444's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Privacy and Data

12.1 bdt444 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2 bdt444 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary for the performance of services.

13 Amendments to These Terms

13.1 bdt444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform or by email. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

14.2 In the event of a dispute between you and bdt444, you should first contact our support team via live chat or email. bdt444 commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

14.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with support, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.

15 Account Termination and Closure

15.1 You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting bdt444 support. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, bdt444 will process the closure within 48 hours and return any verified real-money balance to your registered payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

15.2 bdt444 reserves the right to close any Account immediately and without prior notice where there is evidence of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity fraud, or any other conduct that bdt444 reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, its players, or its operations.

15.3 Upon termination — whether initiated by you or by bdt444 — sections of these Terms relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and prohibited conduct shall continue to apply.
